I just replaced all four (2 in the grill and 2 in the taillights) turn signal bulbs in my 1979 vette. However, when I signal to the right they blink faster than when I signal to the left. They are all new bulbs and from what I could gather while replacing them they only go in one way, so they can't be backward. Any reason this might be occuring?
They all work through the same flasher, so one of the bulbs on the right side is drawing more current than the bulbs on the left side, causing the flasher to cycle faster; are the new bulbs all the same number?
Yes, both fronts came in the same package and both rears came in the same package. I just noticed the left front marker light is out( located infront of the front tire) would that cause the right side to draw more current?
