I had two 59’s - that’s the second design

I agree. Just by looking at the bolt holes, location and sheet metal screw size, I’d swear it’s a second design, but definitely not the first or third design, lower throttle plate left upper intermediate emission discombobulater valve garnish molding spring bracket and strap. I could never find it in the TIMJG either.
