Well, I think I've reached the point of no return with my 65 convertible. I went to replace my broken gas tank straps on a sunny Sunday afternoon about 4 months ago. "While I'm at it" syndrome set in, and now the car is disassembled, and occupies my entire garage and two spare rooms of my house!
Now (while I'm at it), I'm trying to replace the fuel and brake lines. How far do I have to lift the body off the frame in order to accomplish this? Also, I followed the body lift checklist from the archives, and all I have left are the body mounts. The checklist states there are 10 body mounts on a 65 convertible. I am only finding 4 on each side, and that's all I see listed in the AIM too. Am I missing something here?
Thanks!
