C2 wiper Motor Wiring

There are several wires from the dash harness that go through a grommet in the firewall to go out to the wiper motor in the engine compartment. How do you get them through the grommet? The connectors are way too big to get through the hole.

That grommet is "split" - pop it out of the hole in the firewall, spread the "split", insert the harness, push the connector body through the firewall hole, and re-install the grommet in the hole.

Thanks, John. Thought Bubba had split the grommet and that there was a secret to doing it right.
