C-2 & C-3, A-6 A/C ompressors

I have two A/C compressors. One came from a '66 and the numbers on the back are 6555302 and what appears to be a date code, 125. What are those numbers? If the date code is not there, where? I don't have the '70 A/C compressor with me but are those numbers different on a '70 Corvette?

The cast 6555302 is the GM (Harrison ?) number for the compressor rear head only, and you are correct in identifying the other as a date code, but I suspect it is I_2_5, with the letter "I" being September 2nd of 1965. There should be another assembly date code on the sticker on the shell of the compressor. Can't speak to '66's, but the '65 date code is in the format MMDDYS, with "S" being the shift.
