66 Rear Sway Bar Mount

I am building a 66 Corvette with a rear sway bar. I am using a 64 frame without the mounting holes. Could anyone tell me the measurement of the mounting holes behind the rear cross member or from the fuel tank support holes?

4.5" +/- a 32nd ....

from the center of the rear-most bolt head of my '65 396 sway bar bracket to the middle of the foremost hole for the tank/spare tire carrier front support (which is currently removed). I suppose you can then use the sway bar bracket to get the distance between the holes.
