Re: GMPP's RamJet 350/502
I just received this response from Goodwrench re these RamJet 350 and 502's. The link has the spec's... "Thank you for visiting the GM Goodwrench Service Plus website. You can contact any GM dealer for pricing or you may find a GM dealer with a website that has online pricing (www.paceparts.com is one example). The Ram Jet 350 and 502 will not be available until around May 2000. Currently we do not have part numbers for the injection units, they most likely will not be available individually until late summer 2000. Thank you for your inquiry. Regards, Goodwrench Internet Response Team"- Top

Re: GMPP's RamJet 350/502
I talked to Ron Milo at Jim Pace who said the Ram Jet 350 would be available on April 1 and the 502 May 1. Pricing on the 350 is $4199.95 and the 502 is $7195.95. The bad news is that the ECM's for both are set up for the Automatic OD with the manual trans to follow later. Also the fuel injection units will not be available individually for approx 1 year (according to Ron) and if you update a ZZ3 or 4 you will have to buy either the Vortec or Fast Burn heads which run about $400 and $1100 respectively.
The only thing I would be concerned with either motor is the hood clearance, especially the big block.- Top

Re: GMPP's RamJet 350/502
With a stock 68+ Corvette hood, and probably also with stock 63-67 hoods, I think the chance of fitting this engine is about as great as the people in hell getting icewater. In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top
