T-3 Headlight Bulbs

I have a second week of March 1972 car, and was wondering if the T-3 bulbs made it into 1972. My judging manual states that this car should have a different style T-3 bulb as compared to the 70 and 71 T-3's, but I have read many other articles that state a change for the model year 72 eliminating the T-3 for a plain face bulb. My car is a 50,000 mile car without the T-3's, that I believe to be original, is it correct or have the bulbs been changed?

Can anyone help me out???

The correct style for a '72 is shown in the Judging guide. It is different than the '71 and earlier versions. The T-3 designation is at the lower part of the bulb, just above the "GUIDE" and it does not use the triangle.
