I think that you must have read the casting number incorrectly. GM #3933163 is the casting number used for the aluminum, rectangular port intake manifold which was originally used on SHP 1968-69 big blocks. It was not, however, originally used for any Corvette application.

Joe..you are right..I should have said intake.

Included in the Wisc. collection are 2 70 LS6 Chevelles with build sheets..and also an assortment of intake manifolds and additional engines for that matter.

One is an M40 the other is an M22..both with F41

If the 3933163 manifold is on one of the 70 Chevelles, it's not original to the application. The 3933163 was not used in PRODUCTION after 1969, although it was sold for MANY years in SERVICE.

Two separate issues. Ten ( 10 ) 3163 intakes available. Two original 70 LS6 Chevelles....I did not check the intakes on the engines in the cars.
