      That part is a air conditioning electrical Relay Assembly for '71,'72 Corvettes. anti-dieseling blocking is under comments

                  Under the passenger dash pad

                  That would be my guess based on the comments: "Anti-dieseling, blocking." Those are the two relays behind the passenger side dash panel for 1971 Corvette with C60. I don't know why the parts book says 1972, unless some very early 1972s got that same system -- but I have never seen or heard of it on a 1972.
