Rolls-Royce used leather gaiters on their rear leaf springs for decades when they had rear leaf spring suspension

Hi John,
Sonny was the guy who sent me the form for the measurements,they are custom made for each car. He was so surprised when I told him that the Gaitors were for a 58 Corvette.I told Sonny wherever there was a squeaky spring, there would be a need for Gaitors. It was a simple solution & I am left with a brand new set
of leaf springs I grabbed on Ebay. I got them incase I need them, so far the Gaitors worked out just fine.
