I have located someone who does a nice job of repairing and polishing stainless trim. I brought my trim rings to him and he says it will take a lot of time to restore them. He can repair the dents and curb rash. The problem is the flash chrome plating will have to be completely buffed off. Does anyone know of a source for correct tim rings? I would like to compare the cost of replacement versus restoration. Will the removal of the chrome cause any problems?

Re: 67 wheel trim rings
Randy,
Dealing with the flash chrome on your trim rings is easy. You can remove it for less than $5 (click the link below for a recent thread) and Rick Applegate at Areba Services will put it back on for a very reasonable fee.
