68 AIR Pump

The AIR pump on my 68 BB is making noise and hopping around. So far, it has remained captive. Is there a rebuilder or can any "shop" do this work??

Bill Hodel advertises in the Driveline and does excellent work.

they aren't that tough to disassemble and replace the bearings which are available from a bearing shop(Applied Ind Technology got em for me when i rebuilt, and gutted, the AIR pump on my 67 435). mike

I recently had my pump rebuilt by Bill, and his work is second to none. A little pricey, but great work and incredible turnaround. He received it on a Friday night, and it was shipped back to me on Monday.

Thanks all...I will look in the Driveline and contact Bill. That is incredible turn around. Can't ask for more than that.
