GM #4916862 is the correct SERVICE terminal board for your application. It has the extra terminal, but it will otherwise work just fine. You can also use GM #22048289 which is a later replacement.
Most of the other motor parts are GM-discontinued. If you post which specific parts you need besides the terminal board, I may be able to tell you what is available, if anything. In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

Re: 70 wiper motor parts
Two years ago, I went to Advance Auto for a replacement windshield wiper motor, erroneously thinking mine was dead. They had the exact item only painted in "replacement blue". It was in the area of $70 +/-.
Just another area to consider.

Re: 70 wiper motor parts
And, if you use paint stripper on that replacement blue color, you will end up with a very nice looking original plated finish underneath it. It takes a little time to do, but the results are very good.
