Chas has it right
1. Buy an iPod
2. Buy an iTrip ($35 or so)
3. Load iTunes on your PC (free from itunes.com)
4. Insert CD into PC
5. Copy the tracks you want from the CD to the iTunes 'Library'
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for as many CDs as you'd like
6. Plug in your iPod to the PC when all songs you want are loaded into the library
7. iTunes will automatically transfer your songs to your iPod; remove when the iPod screen says update complete
8. Plug in the small iTrip module to the top of the iPod
9. Go to your car, sit it in, thank the Lord you own a Corvette
10. Turn on the key, hit the play button on your iPod (keep in mind the iPod is in your hand free of any wires to the car, the radio, or anything else.
11. Tune the car radio to the FM station at the low end of the dial (88-89MhZ)
that gives the clearest sound.
12. Smile
Cleanest approach of any options. Works on any car. Works on any boombox. Works on any FM transmitter. The only thing left is to kick yourself in the rear for not buying Apple stock before it quaprupled. Good luck/David
