1967 front sway bar

I have noticed that the 1967 judging manuel says the front sway bar should have a natural finish. I compleated a restoration on a 67 last June, and lost a couple of points during judging because it was natural. The remarks said it should be black. I'm a little confused. Could someone clear this up for me? Thank You...Mike

Judging error - the bar is natural, the bushing bracket is black.
