    '69 wheels

The wheels on my car came to me without the center caps. The non-original wheels were apparently manufactured by Western Wheels which has since gone out of business according to several wheel shops in town, leaving me center cap-less. Everyone seems to shrug and have no idea what to do, but surely it can't be that hard to find a set of caps (right?). Does anyone know anything about Western Wheels and/or where to get replacement center caps?

    Pete.

    Re: '69 wheels

    Hi Peter:

Western Wheel Company made many different style wheels for a long time and there are almost as many different center caps as there are wheels, finding your particular cap (s) may require a search of boneyards, used wheel and hubcap stores and even then you may be unsuccessful.

      Pete,

Here's the number of a shop I used to track down a center bolt on piece that a spinner then went on for a '70s Western Wheel. This guy, Gordy, specializes in old hub caps and wheels. You might need to send him a picture.
