    C2 conv top hardware/Paragon repop

    I'm replacing my conv top for the second time in 25 years and will getting it from Al knoch along with the weatherstriping.
    While I am at it I was going to replace all the chrome hardware such as the latches and striker pins. Does anyone have any experience with Paragon for these parts. Will the Paragon repops pass NCRS judging.

      I have bought the latches etc hardware from Paragon for my 56. They are made by Trim Parts and look to be identical to original stuff. I'm not into judging with my car so I cannot comment re this.

          Note that the nylon/plastic sleeve that's inserted in the windshield-side receptacle hole for the header pin only fits in the original receptacle - it doesn't fit in the reproduction receptacle casting.

              Maybe that is why those two parts are marked as "imported" in the catalog. I'll just get my origional's replated.
