Pace car spoiler C3

Does anyone have a AIM sheet referring to how a C3 pace car spoiler should be mounted ?

Ah...yeah!

You wouldn't know this and I suspect not many others do as well but early C3 AIMs are easier to find stuff that late model C3s due to the organization around RPO codes. A Pace Car RPO (regular production order) number is Z78 so if it was in the early format...you would find everything under Z78.

But not so in later years. Each component is broken up and stroud throughout the manual so it takes a while to track down what you want unless you're intimately familiar with a particular model year AIM.

Ok...found it. Of course it wasn't listed with bumpers or body panels but rather Rear End and Deck!

Calls for a lot of holes! The holes are aligned (paralell) with the line where the rear bumper meets up with the rear deck body panel. It calls for the holes to be drilled 3/4 inch forward from the rear bumper cover on the rear deck. There are six holes on top 3/8 inch in diameter. Two side screws call for a 5/8 inch hole...BIG. The spoiler should have an inner bracket that would serve as a template to get the spacing right.
