Tony quite a few Holley spread bores have been sold to replace the factory original QJets. I replaced the QJets on my 68 and 70 with Holley spreadbore double pumpers about 1973 like a lot of owners because of the QJets leaking fuel into the intake.- Top

Ken------
If you can find a copy of "Corvette Restoration: State of the Art" by Michael Antonick (which I believe may be out-of-print), you will find some very good, color pictures of the 1965 L-78 engine which Dave Burroughs restored years ago. Of course, some may question whether this restoration was 100% accurate, including the engine painting, but I do believe that it is substantially correct. Certainly, it will provide you with many useful details. In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top
