'66 smog pump date

Looking for verification of smog pump date 11561E. I'm guessing 115th day of '66. Anyone know for sure?

Yes, including "1" for 1st shift and "E" broadcast code as in 24652E and 10461E. Did any pulley spacers come with that pump?

The pulley is marked 388 0800. There is no spacer behind the pulley. I'm hoping that it is the correct arrangement for a '66 300HP car, no a/c. There is a 3 groove pulley on the H2O pump. The engine is an original HH code.
