Trying to determine the part number for the crankshaft (drive) pulley for a 1962 300 HP Corvette.
My Chevrolet parts book (in Group 1.066) lists it as 3849739. But I can't find that part number anywhere. I thought this was a pretty common part - most if not all C1 drive pulleys.
Paragon lists it as 3756328. They're usually pretty accurate.
The 3756328 would be the correct part number for the crankshaft pulley for your 62. It's listed in group 0.659. The 3849739 is a belt in group 1.066, but it's not the correct original part number for a 62.
GM #3756328 is the pulley you need. It was used for all 1958-61 Corvette and 1962 with 250 and 300 hp. It was discontinued in June, 1989, but, as you've found, it is available in reproduction.
