C1 '54 Antenna Cable

All along I thought I had an aftermarket antenna cable in my '54 because it is routed through the soft top compartment then under the carpet to the dash. Well, today I discovered that I actually have the correct antenna cable with the ground wire on it

Now my problem is two fold:

First - how do I route the cable through the frame without the old one there to pull it through?

Second - what does the plate/cover/grommet shown in the AIM that the ground wire goes through and covers the hole in the body look like? What type of screw or bolt attaches this plate/cover/grommet to the body?

Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.

I know someone will correct me soon, so I'll correct myself first. I meant to say, how do I route the cable through the "body door" frame without the old one there to pull it through?

I once use a windup electric chaser wire like the one used to pull electric wire through steel conduite going form the tank area forward to the kick panel after removing the rubber gromets, then locating it's end I hooked it up and out . Then pulled the antenna wire back .Then forward of the right rear tire again using a small hook wire and a flashlight located the ground cover wire and pulled it down and out the body slit and added clay to cover the hole.. It's bolted the the frame body frame bolt.
