Your use of the term "bag" leads me to consider the possibility that you are referring to the windshield washer resevoir and not the coolant system supply tank.
For 1969, all Corvettes without A/C used a black plastic w/washer fluid resevoir tank mounted in a bracket in the right front fender rear wheel well area. The original tank was GM #9781451, but this was replaced in SERVICE by a white plastic tank of otherwise similar configuration which was GM #3840083. The latter part continues to be available in SERVICE for a GM list price of $6.50. Black plastic resevoir tanks are available in reproduction.
For A/C equipped cars, a plastic bag was used as the w/washer resevoir. For 1969, this bag was mounted on the left front fender rear wheel well area. The top of the bag had two metal eyelets which which fit over small hooks on the support bracket. This bag-type resevoir, GM #3961549, has ben discontinued for many years. It is available in reproduction, though.
As far as radiator supply tanks go, 1969 used many variations of radiator and supply tanks. Small blocks without A/C and without automatic transmission and all big blocks without A/C, used an aluminum coolant supply tank, GM #3016340, which was mounted to a bracket on the right front fender rear wheel well area. All big blocks with A/C used a brass radiator supply tank, GM #3019249, which was mounted in generally the same area. Small blocks with A/C and or automatic transmissions did not use a radiator supply tank.
