    i found out if you MAY have your corvette for sale and some guy brings his buddy over to look at it he ask the owner for a commission on the sale. WTF is wrong here??????????????

    As a seller, you didn't "contract" the "agent" so the agent can go "do it up a rope". If the buyer wants to pay someone for finding a car, thats his choice.

    I personally like to do my own shopping , for anything. Thats the fun of shopping....

      thats my theory also BUT there are some guys who look at it differently especialy if BIG bucks are involved

        And I wonder how that affects the review.

        If I had a car for sale and the buyers buddy asked me for a commission I'd politely ask the buyer who his buddy was working for.

              Just sounds like a "discount" scam to me.

              The pair probably will divey up the money anyway.

              Unless you have a previous agreement with the "scout", I wouldn't feel obligated to pay the guy anything.
