                      It is referred to in the 66 4th Edition JG as the indirect back lighting of the 64-67 heater/air conditioning controls. I took a picture of it a week or so ago. It is attached to the underside of the middle portion of the bracket/well which holds the clock. You can just barely see the bracket in the photo.
