The GM major repair kit for the Holley 2818 was GM #3905846 and the minor repair kit was GM #3905845. Both are long-since discontinued.

The Holley part number that I have for the 2818 renew kit is 3-333, but that may have been changed to the 37-333 that John mentioned in his post. As far as I know, the kit is still available from Holley.

any time you rebuild a holley carb make sure that the metering body is not warped. check it with a short straight edge. having rebuilt lots of holley carbs i find most of the time the body is warped. i have made a jig to straigten them becasuse they are expensive to replace. if you do not do this you may have a internal leak because the gasket is the only seal for the fuel and air passages and the gasket can only take up so much gap. they warp from over tightening the bowl screws and from heat cycling.
