64 C2 TI wiring routing

Installing a new TI harness on my 64. The AIM (page D296) says "route under clutch rod"
1 Assume one uses the same wire clip just under the clutch rod boot
2 When coming from fender down towards frame and then looping under clutch rod should the harness go to the outside of the washer reservior bracket or engine side? Looks safer on outside.
Have been unable to find any pictures of this area.

Assume you've got an L76-C60 w/K66

Otherwise, the TI harness (passenger side amplifier mounting) would be nowhere near the clutch rod. Looked at my '65 AIM, but cannot find the equivalent comment, and I don't know why the harness would be routed under the clutch rod. Maybe someone with a '64 AIM will respond.

Wayne, Thank you for responding
Have a March 64 FI (no AC option available) with the TI (K66)mounted on a shelf just below the air intake hole in rad support. 64 AIM shows location and then says route under clutch rod.
Plan to put on outside of washer bracket to prevent it from hitting the clutch rod area. Have not been able to locate another TI car in my area yet.
