I think the Corvette people have been out classed. These Camaro guys know how to bid on ebay. I always thought Corvette was the top of the field but now I'm not sure.

Re: Camaro Takes 1st Place on Ebay....
Nah, Camaro guys have had us beat for a few years.
Any part of the hobby that pays $3500 for NOS door sills is absolutely nuts.
Then again, $3500 for a 1969 Corvette tripower/M40 emissions solenoid and bracket don't exactly seem "reasonable."

Re: Camaro Takes 1st Place on Ebay....
Having owned a 69Z X77 and now my 69 X-22 396, not surprised. The JL-8 brakes will turn an avg. 69Z Camaro into a 100K plus ride. Last years B-Jackson 2005 results. After all it's all about the money these days or so it seems.- Top

Glad to hear about the JL-8. My girlfriend just had that package added to her 69 Z28 which is in the final stages of a full restoration. While not interested in selling - it helps knowing that it added some value.- Top
