    cluth fan spring

    1965 corvette 365hp/327 Does the cluth fan engauge sooner or later if the spring infront of the fan clutch housing is disengauged, spring end removed?

    With the "spring" (actually, a thermostat) disconnected, I don't think that the fan clutch will engage, at all.
