    Parts packaging

Sometimes when you see parts for sale (especially on e-bay), the packaging is included. In most cases, the packaging is blue and white but sometimes it is black and yellow. Is the black & yellow packaging from an earlier era? Thanks. Rick

    Re: Parts packaging

    Rick,

The old black and yellow GM boxes started to disappear around early 1965, replaced with the new blue and white boxes/packages. Typically, the quality of C1 and early C2 parts in the old black/yellow box is better than the later issue parts in blue/white.
