This is not the place for ads even though many have yet to receive their Driveline.

      Hey Myron,

Check the Corvette Action Center forums or try the Corvette Forum. They are up to date as far as having For Sale/Wanted areas on their websites. You might just find exactly what you need.

Thanks but be careful! There is guilt by association. Some people get up real early.
Quite frankly, what is the difference between swapping ideas and swapping parts?

          Re: Swap 3X2 manifold

Years ago there was a NCRS Discussion Board in addition to this board. A few of the members had impromptu Friday Night Classifieds and offered parts, cars, etc. That went over with management much like someone bringing a pork chop to a Jewish picnic (no offense to anyone of the Hebrew persuasion). I personally don't see anything wrong with offering parts here. There is no provision on this site to do it, unlike all of the other boards and I don't see why a For Sale/Wanted section would be such a bad thing.

While a For Sale/Wanted section may not be a bad thing, that is not the purpose of this Discussion Board. Until such time that the rules change, we must adhere to the present rules.

With all due respect, who made the rule & why?

Why is it appropriate to ask where to buy a part or a service but it is sacrilegious if someone offers up their own part. Perhaps it boils down to semantics - let me rephrase then. Does anyone know where, if one were so inclined, that a swap of a muffler bearing might be entertained?

What does muffler bearings have to do with 3x2s? Which way were you swapping? You have the muffler bearing or needed one? And do you need two adjustable powerbands or have two to trade for the muffler bearings?

See, the system can work !

Would your powerbands work to repair a cracked wheelbase? If wood welded instead, is there a point deduction?
