I am intersted in buying a repro windshield. Are there repro windhields out there that meet NCRS judging guidlines? I know they can be bought with date codes, but what about proper tinting. My original windshield just has light pitting that will not buff out, would this result in point deductions?

Keep the original!
Jeezz listen up guys, you'll get less of a deduct for an original part than a REOP. A little light pitting is nothing, change the windshield and take the chance of messing up the gasket, trim, dash you name the accidents that could happen. When I have my car judged they bring the trailer queen guys over to my car to show then how it should be. Leave original parts on the car clean them restore them but leave them on the car. Right Jerry B and Jerry F?

PS if you decide to change it anyway I'll buy it from you. In fact anybody got a good condition bottom seat cover they want to get rid of?- Top
