Re: Help ! Identification of Powerglide Shifter

I was sold the following powerglide shifter through Hemmings many years ago. I am trying to identify its correct application. There are no part numbers, only the stamping "LS" on the backside in 1/4 inch lettering.

The chrome shaft is straight, approximately 7-1/8 inches long. The orignal seller told me its for a '63 Corvette, but seems the correct powerglide shifter for a '63 is bent.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like 56-62. I beleive 56 and 57 are the same. 58 it different, 59-61 are the same and 62 is by itself. 63-64 are bent. john
