Buy a new fuel pump or rebuild this one? pic

Looks like its leaking oil out the top holes.

Should I buy a new one from paragon or someplace else. Or rebuild this on from some place?

Get a kit and rebuild it if it's original

Until you remove the pump from the engine, I highly recommend that you install a pinch clamp on the rubber fuel line to the pump. The leakage that is evident here indicates a failing diaphragm. In this type of situation, fuel can siphon out of the tank onto your garage floor and create an EXTREMELY hazardous condition.

The rubber fuel line from the tank fuel line to the fuel pump should ALWAYS be replaced whenever the pump is removed from the car. For non-molded applications, I use modern fuel injection hose. This hose is very high quality, very durable, and chemically resistant to all modern fuel formulations. It also looks pretty much like the original hose except for minor nuances. Who cares how much it costs? You only need about 6-8 inches of it. Another short length for the rear fuel line to tank connection and you've got your fuel supply system in solid shape.

No, you do not. It's a little hard getting up to the end of the frame fuel line, but it can be done. You do need to remove the spare tire carrier, though.

Who rebuilds them? The plating has to be refinished due to the corrosion.

I've used Arthur Gould in Fort Salonga New york, his number is 754-5010, but you would have to check for the correct area code as it has changed since I last used his services.
