Re: Tank Stickers: new improved Fat free
Think I'll buy one for my 63 coupe. Going to make it the very first fuel injected BIG BLOCK with disc brakes and a tank sticker.
Sad, but original paperwork on our cars is worth less and less by the day because of all the repop paperwork that's available today.- Top

Re: Tank Stickers: new improved Fat free
Look there are enoft bogus Corvettes out there being made up , engines, broach cutting, trim tag, ID plates, so why not tank stickers. Those people need and will pay what ever it takes to fool people . I am surprised that any one is surprised over any thing like this.
All things can be answered in one simple word (MONEY) . The down side is that it is getting harder to tell real from phoney and when use older guys go they will be the norm.- Top

You promised not to tell anyone you weazel
Now how am I gonna sell any more...HUH???
Besides, I don't wear them in my underwear, I just use the sheets a couple of times in the outhouse. It beats corn cobs and those slick Sears/Roebuck catologs that you hillbillys use back east.
Some time you need to come to Kansas and see what civilzation is all about!

Re: Tank Stickers: new improved Fat free
Funny how all his buyers have protected ID's , Some with names like "TC Fla Cars" ( sound like a dealer?) or "Sell 4 You" I'm sure he needs the owner history for that big sale. "RSSS Big Block" Mmm , and "Sexkevin"??? Nah... not going to touch that one. I do see where this buyer was quick to purchase the "Original invoice paper" I'll be watching some of the e-bay listings to see if any of these ID's pop up with " fully documented cars"...- Top
