Geoffrey ---- Thanks for your suggestion to try hockey pucks for my air compressor isolators. They look like just the ticket, so I ordered six of them on-line at a delivered cost of $11.78 (my compressor has three legs) and figured if I screw up, I'll have some spares for another go-round. Now, if I can just locate 3 inch diameter washers with 3/8" holes ... Maybe some heavy equipment (trucking or construction equipment) repair shop would have such beasts.

I mounted mine on body mount cushions with bonded-on washers to minimize noise and transmitted vibration.
