OK, what is the deal with every dealer being back ordered on the air cleaners and air cleaner lids for 58-62? I was back ordered at Paragon forever, now the same at Corvette Central. Do they make a few and go to sleep?
CC tells me they are due this month. Any info out there?
It's up to the person that supplies them to the dealer, I repro'ed the 55 Corvette shielding to C&C and there were times I was out of town or just dint make any for a while.
In case there's anyone else out there interested in this subject, Corvette Central just changed my back order delivery date of this part from February to mid-May. I also called Corvette America, and they said the part was on "national backorder" stating no one has it and there's no delivery date out there.
