    Midyear PCV tag

Are the judges looking for a tag/sticker on the PCV valve? Or did it come without one?

Depends on the year and engine. If you have a '63, any engine; or an early '64 fuelie you'll need a "CV-590" tag. If you have a '66-'67 427, except L-88; you'll need the "736C" tag. And yes, the judges will usually notice it, if it is missing. Check with Long Island or Corvette Central, they both list them, they're between $3 and $5.

There is a round paper tag on big block pvc valves. They are judged. Otherwise and in addition, the valve #s on the valve itself are judged.
