There is a short piece of pinch welt that covers the front edge of '63 seat brackets. Are there supposed to be two (only the brackets behind the adjuster levers) or four (on all the brackets)?

Pete, I believe there are only two per seat. They are on the front bracket. It was either designed for a visual affect or to soften the blow if you hit it with your foot.
My question has always been, what color should they be. I recall the JG says they are interior color. Many members say they should be black irregardless of interior color?????????
