The single ground wire for everything in the rear half of the car (all the lamps, fuel tank sending unit, etc.) comes forward through the body harness, to the instrument panel harness at the connector above the kickpad, to the 3-cavity radio connector, and back out of the ground cavity of that connector as a pigtail with a ring terminal on it that screws to the bottom of the square-tube lower instrument panel brace, just to the left of the radio. I am not making this up
