Does 1977 have a speedometer of its own. It looks like '75 and '76 had speedometers with the slot over the main odometer wide enough to display 5 digits. In '77 the slot was widened to display 6 digits (the tenths shown on both the trip and the main odometer) Also the text which appeared as KPH on '75 - '76 appears as km/h on '77 speedometers. Were any of the older speedometers used on the early '77 production?

Yes the 1977 speedometer is unique only to 77's, for the model years 1975 & 1976 they use the same speedometer for both produstion years. The 77 speedometer head is part # 25015662.
