hey dick, the vacumm switch you talked about under the right hand wiper....you mentioned in might have a leak or might not be adjusted properly. how exactly do you go about adjusting that switch? it just looks like a 3 port relay to me. i feel like this might be where the problem is. please tell me more about adjusting it.....rick

First, the instructions are in the Chassis Service Manual... Second, the center holes where the WSW park relay bolts to the cowl are enlongated allowing you to position the relay up or down in its rest position. Further up causes the door to begin closing earlier. Further down causes the door to close later in the wiper arm park cycle.
