I heard rumours that the engine will only have 415 HP. If the Cadillac does not pick up sales it could be assembled in Bowling Green.

Like it. Although the new Challanger concept seems almost faithful to the 69 Camaro style. Love to se the Skunk look on the Camaro,Black on White stripes. If GM stays close to the concept, may have something there.

I read the same thing. First they were saying 2008 for production, now they're saying it's dead. Personally, GM is a day late and a dollar short. Ford nailed it with the Mustang. The GM and Chrysler are just trying to catch up and doing a sorry job at it. The Challenger looks okay but the Camaro sux. Just my .02

I really like the Challenger a lot. I think they got the subliminal effect of the original lines dead on. And if you read the concept specs the wheel base and raked in rockers long hood it would be a winner. Did I mention Hemi.

Camaro - yuk IMO (and I owned a '68 once)
Challenger - not bad, but should have been called Cuda, like it looks
Mustang - awesome looks, almost bought one, but didn't want to pay over sticker

Camaro - Love it. My first new car was a '69 Camaro but I wouldn't give up my C6 driver for the new Camaro if they make it.
Challenger - Always stayed away from Mopars. Don't like them.
Mustang - Decent loking sheetmetal but that's all. No engineering underneath it. JMO

The judges here in Detroit agree with you. Got first place for styling at the Detroit Auto show. Much better executed than the charger. The Charger just looked old.

Don't worry, the new Camaro concept will be OLD AND DATED by the time GM will actually produce the car for public sale if ever! By that time the new Challenger will have been available for years and on its second or third design tweak to make The CAR everyone wants!

You will NOT even consider the new Camaro when it debuts in 2012!
