'66 orig oil filter cannister instructions

Were there two different types of white, silk-screened instructions on original cannisters, one with a single circle with AC in it, and another with two circles, with AC in one, and OIL FILTER in the other?

Rob - I can confirm that the oil filter canister's on my late 66 327 Chevelle, late 66 base motor Corvette, and early 67 base motor Corvette have the two circles; left circle w/ AC and right circle w/ OIL FILTER. By their condition, I believe these are the original ones to all 3 cars. I'm always amazed that these oil filter canisters have the remains of the black paint and ledgible remins of the AC logo/instructions after all these years.

Perhaps some earlier versions of the canisters that used the PF-141 filter elements had the other instructions or the canisters that used the PF-131 filter elements. Pete

Thanks Pete. I found one that has all the correct lettering and numbering, but only one circle, with AC in it.
