March 67 Frame Stencil

I am in the process of a frame off on mid-March '67 390HP roadster (VIN 7S114040). I ordered a frame stencil from Quanta providing the required information and the following is what was provided for a stencil:
303196-33
3900200-3-16-GC

After examining the car closely today, I noticed that part of the stencil was still legible. I have included a picture of what I found (it is upside down). What I see is the following:

00-1-

There is an obvious descrepency in what was provided by Quanta and the actual on my frame. Would a January frame date be too early for a mid-March car? Also is there anyone that has a car close in sequence to mine, 7S114040? Could you provide me with stencil details?

Maybe I am taking this issue a bit far, but don't want to use something that is wrong.

My 427/390 67 Roadster Mid March (March 17th) is 114121
I also have a Quanta Stencil, haven't had the body off, and
can't see if any of the stencil is left?

A January frame would not be too early for a March car.
My block (original) has a January cast date.

You can provide what is legible to Quanta and they can give you advice
They have been great to deal with for me.

I have a photo of my April car stencil which was etched into the metal. Found it after a chemical dip strip. It doesn't match the Quanta specs. I had a stencil cut at a local shipping company to my specs. If you want a photo e-mail me.
