The latest VIN numbers consist of 17 characters. The first position is region, the second is country, the third is manufacturer. Positions 4 to 8 is model, how do you break down YY26U in positions 4 to 8. Also what does the number 2 in position 9 represent. I've got the rest but I'm stumped on those.
