Does any one have any pictures of were and how all the labels are attached on a car. also does NCRS judge the labels

Yes, lables are judged. I've seen John Hinkley post a picture of the valve cover sticker. Have a look in Noland Adams book if you have one, should be able to see each sticker.

I looked though the nolans book and did not see any good pics of the labels. I got the ones on the valve cover, I just need the rest. also for the rad stamp "16 CT" is there a trick when stamping it to come out perfect using the kit that LIC sells you

Practice on another piece of similar surface. But remember a guy wanting to get this done a fast as possible made the original stamp.

Could you then be more specific as to what labels you are referring to.
You do not want the "16 CT" to be "Perfect". They never were in the first place.

The '63-'67 Dobbins book is an excellent photo reference for stickers, labels, and many other details.
