C3 Help with 1981 Smog System Numbers

Please take a look at Ebay Item number: 8046723924. It is for a complete smog system for an 81 corvette. Although the unit looks correct, none of the numbers seem to match the NCRS Judging Manual. The ad is as follows; 1981 CORVETTE (NCRS ORIGINAL) SMOG PUMP WITH BRACKET, HOSES, PULLEY & DIVERTER VALVE. PUMP # 7832904, DIVERTER # 14026170, PULLEY # 14023171AF, HOSES 14020681 & 14030682, BRACKET # 14C 3117 0L0. FITS 79-82 ROTATES FINE.
Could someone please help with this. We are trying to prepared an 81 for judging and need this equipment.

This seller has mis-identified some parts. First of all, there is no AIR pump of GM #7832904 that I can find. I expect that he's taking the part number or casting number of a COMPONENT of the pump and drawing the incorrect conclusion that's the part number for the pump ASSEMBLY. Also, there is no diverter valve of GM #14026170. However, there IS a diverter valve ELBOW of that part number and that elbow was used for 1981-82 Corvettes.

The hoses are the correct part numbers for a 1981 Corvette and the pulley is the correct part number for a 1981 Corvette. The number on the bracket is not a GM part number but may be some sort of manufacturing code.

Based upon what I see of it in the 2 pictures and the fact that the part numbers I described above are correct for a 1981 Corvette, I am very confident that this is a correct set-up for a 1981 Corvette.
