Help identify these 53-55 Parts

Please help me identify parts in the attached photo.
The relay with 3 connections at bottom is numbered 775, the last numeral is in question. What is it for?
The relay with connections at 3 sides has number 988 on the back. What is it for?
Is the pump for 1953 windshield washer system?
The bracket baffels me although I remember it was for my '54.

The plate is the mounting bracket for the coil. It bolts to the engine under the ignition shielding.

The 775 is a horn relay, 988 is the neutral safety relay. The pump looks like the foot pump for the washers on '53s and I believe some very early '54.

So how did I score?

56 57 washer pump missing ribber toe pad= but 3 speed 55 only used it
Horn relay = having the two only holes
starter relay= original and a Chevy over drive relay can replace it will work as a spare
and bj is right

You got me! I used the wrong terminology. I meant the starter relay on the firewall that is activated by the neutral safety switch on the trans when the gear selector is in park or neutral.

Thank you B.J., Bob and Roy for your assistance. This is the first few parts of several that are now identified. You all scored Top Flight!!! The '54 was my first Corvette and I collected parts to restore it for about 13 years. Sold the car when we moved about 11 years ago (no place to keep it) and it was immediately restored and sold at auction during one of our Winter Regionals.
